Previous experience in delivering a complex hyperscale project in the Nordics. This involved the repurposing of an ex industrial facility into Nscale, now one of Europe's most powerful AI supercomputers. Demonstrates capability in industrial transitions, high-density AI workloads, and operating reliably in cold-climate, energy-intensive environments.
Existing development in Bakki provides live insight into Icelandic permitting, power dynamics, and local priorities. Reykjavík offers a strategic and operational complement, allowing coordinated delivery across both sites.
Agile, experienced team with strong regional relationships and supplier networks enables rapid project assembly. Internal expertise across strategy, permitting, engineering, and operations supports fully integrated project execution from concept to commissioning.
